For Your Appointment:

 

  •  Ensure that your hair has been washed within - at most, 72 hours before the start of your appointment.  Hair must be dry prior to the start of your appointment.

  •  You will be seated for the duration of your appointment. Make sure that you have a comfortable chair and area designated for your appointment.

  •  Your head should be upright for your appointment.  It is not necessary for you to tilt your head to the side or hold your head down to accommodate your consultant.

  •  Get a good book to read or catch up on your favorite television shows.

 

Missed Appointments & Skipped Appointments:

 

  • An appointment is typically considered missed when you, for any reason, reschedule within 7 to 10 days of your original appointment date. This time frame usually does not alter sitting time because new-growth is present but not too overbearing.

  • An appointment is considered skipped when you fall outside of a window of 10+ days of your original appointment.  New growth is more apparent and more rotations are achieved during your sessions.

 

If you are on a fixed rate plan, speak to your consultant about billing for skipped appointments.

 

 

  

If you cancelled / missed your appointment or need to schedule a maintenance session, you may search available slots here. You will be notified if your request is accepted or rejected. Email faith@candidyou.com for alternate dates if you can't find suitable accomodations here.

RATHER PAY YOUR TAB IN PERSON?

You may pay your tab directly to your Candid Eye after your appointment utilizing your debit/credid card or cash. If you wish to use your debit card and would also like to leave a tip, please let your Candid Eye know before you swipe. 

Here you may pay your tab, manage your personal account by tracking transactions, and view and even dispute charges. All of your invoices are conveniently stored here and you may access your information at any time.Ensure that you keep your contact information up to date to guarantee a smooth and efficient billing process.

 

You may utilize the payment button to leave a tip or to pay your invoice. If you pay your invoice here, just enter the total amount due (if applicable, you may add tip amount to the total) and you will receive an updated invoice showing that your balance has been settled.
